You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. We also accept Blue Cross Blue Shield FEP program and Delta Dental Premier plan.  We will submit your claims as a courtesy.   To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call (630) 584-5444
